FEBRUARY in BC: Open For Submission Wraps Shoot!

Bryan Skinner (co-writer/director/producer) and Ana De Lara (producer) just wrapped ten days of hardcore indie filmmaking of Open For Submissions! How cool is that? From Ana’s Facebook post, “8 days shooting… 26 principal actors… 100 background performers… a dozen locations… minimal crew… and limited cash budget.” Yep. Hardcore indie filmmaking.

This movie exemplifies the heart and determination of the Victoria film community. Crazy amounts of talent and gumption that come together to produce some great work. Thank you, Bryan, for trusting me with your characters! Co-writing this was incredibly valuable to me. Can’t wait to see it!

This will likely come to town in 2019. Stay tuned!
